 01  Can I come in to talk to someone?

To ensure we are able to provide the best service to all our clients and candidates, we are unable to take walk-in appointments. If you have a question, or would like to provide information, you are always welcome to email us at

 02  When can I expect to hear about my application?

We respect the time and effort put into submitting an application, and pride ourselves on getting back to each applicant in a timely manner. No one likes to be left hanging!

To get a great result for our clients, we take our time in the recruitment process to make sure we have considered all applicants and thoroughly assessed suitability for the role. Often there are multiple shortlisting exercises and interviews, reference checks and testing to be completed before we even get to an offer.

So we don't jump the gun, we wait until we have an accepted offer for the role before we get back to candidates to let them know the outcome. If you have submitted an application to an advertised position and haven’t heard from us by email or telephone within 28 days, please let us know.

 03  Can I send my resume in even if there isn't an advertised job that suits?

Absolutely!  Please keep in mind that we recruit only for ongoing administrative, professional and executive roles (no temp placements or labour hire).  If this aligns with your experience and career aspirations, please send your resume to with the subject line ‘General application’.  Tell us in the email what type of role you are interested in, whether you are looking for fulltime/parttime/casual work, when you would be available to start a new position and one amazing thing we need to know about you.

 04  If I have registered, will I be contacted when a suitable role is advertised?

If you see a role advertised that you are interested in, please submit an application to that role even if you have already registered with us. 

 05  Why do you need to collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information to assist you in finding or retaining work, compile statistical information, make information available to you, develop tests and assessments in order to place you in appropriate roles and to meet statutory compliance requirements.  You can check our Privacy Policy for more details about the information we collect and how it is used.

 06  If I have questions about an advertised position should I contact TalentSpring or the employer?

Our advertisements often contain contact details (usually towards the bottom of the text).  If there isn’t contact information on the position you are interested in learning more about, please send through an email with your query to
