TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. By using or attempting to access the rewards for this offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. The launch offer is available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised on www.talentspring.com.au.

  3. TalentSpring has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion. Any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on this website.

  4. Launch offer rewards are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Launch offer rewards cannot be applied to previous engagements nor combined with any other offers or discounts. Rewards are non-transferable and not for resale. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Launch offer rewards may be subject to availability. 

  5. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Referrals should only be made for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate the referral to TalentSpring. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends. Emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner.  Bulk email distribution or any unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate exclusion from the launch offer.

  6. Only one referral gift card is available per recruitment project engagement. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a referrer, the referrer will be deemed to be the person identified by the recruitment project client as making the referral that led to them engaging TalentSpring.  TalentSpring's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

  7. The free DiSC profile or position description is only available for the role engaged during the launch offer period and is non-transferable, not for resale and not redeemable for cash.

  8. Participants in the launch offer must be Australian residents 18 years of age or older. Employees of TalentSpring and Focus HR and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the launch offer.

  9. To be eligible to access this launch offer, all recruitment project engagements must be finalised by 5:00pm AEST Wednesday 31 July 2019. Valid referrals will receive their gift card no later than Wednesday 14 August 2019.
