Coupled with increasing demand for recruitment services from partner clients, the Directors acknowledged that there was space in a crowded market for a company that took a refreshing approach to recruitment.

Passionate about providing exceptional recruitment services, Pauline seeks first to gain an understanding of her client's business - especially the culture, people and structure - before commencing the search for ideal candidates with the right skills, motivations and cultural fit.
