We use industry-leading technology, effective advertising channels and our extensive network to search, screen and select candidates who will complement your team and work environment. We’ll take the strongest candidates through a comprehensive screening and interview process - qualifying their fit for your role, skills, availability and salary expectations before you see them.
When you have selected the candidates you would like to meet, we will make this process as simple as possible for you by arranging interviews, providing recommended questions, undertaking reference checks and finalising an offer with the right person for your team. We are also able to facilitate skills testing and behaviour profiling if needed.
Part of what sets us apart is our focus on ensuring that once you have found the perfect person for your role, you see a significant return on investment by retaining them. We provide support and guidance throughout your new team member’s onboarding and probation period, including ensuring that performance is monitored, effective feedback is given and received, and any development needs are identified and addressed. It is important to us that your relationship with your new team member is productive and beneficial for both of you.
During the first six months, your new team member’s manager will have access to our comprehensive subscription service SpringBoard with reminders of important dates and milestones, short videos with helpful hints for ensuring a successful probation period and setting the foundations for an effective working relationship, and templates and checklists that ensure the right things are being done at the right time.
Our fee structure reflects our confidence that your new team member will meet your requirements and develop in their role in the first six months. Only 50% of our fee is payable at commencement, with the remainder invoiced in monthly instalments during the probation period. If at any stage your new team member is not meeting your performance or conduct standards, and is unlikely to improve with reasonable training, we will support you to lawfully confirm that their employment will not continue beyond the probation period, and you will not receive any further invoices.
We offer a full end-to-end recruitment service or can design a tailored recruitment package incorporating the elements you require. We take the time to understand your business, your culture and the needs of the position, and throughout the recruitment project we maintain open and regular communication with both you and your candidates.
Importantly, our relationship with your business does not cease at placement. Getting the right person is fantastic, but we know that the return on your investment in the recruiting project is how long they stay with your business and how they contribute while they are there. We will support you and your new team member through the onboarding process and facilitate effective feedback to ensure you both make the most of the critical early employment period to set up a long and productive career.
