We offer a full end-to-end recruitment service or can design a tailored recruitment package incorporating the elements you require.  We take the time to understand your business, your culture and the needs of the position, and throughout the recruitment project we maintain open and regular communication with both you and your candidates. 

 

Importantly, our relationship with your business does not cease at placement. 

Getting the right person is fantastic, but we know that the return on your investment in the recruiting project is how long they stay with your business and how they contribute while they are there.  We will support you and your new team member through the onboarding process and facilitate effective feedback to ensure you both make the most of the critical early employment period to set up a long and productive career.

Our Recruitment Packages

DONE FOR YOU

 

The Done For You (DFY) Model has all the bells and whistles. It will suit you if you:

 

  • Need to find a talented recruit but have neither the time, experience or patience to wade through potential candidates

  • Would like a shortlist of candidates we have vetted which you then interview

  • Would like both initial and ongoing support with on-boarding

 

This model includes our 8 month Springboard Program to ensure you make the most of the critical early employment period.

 

 

DONE WITH YOU

 

The Done With You (DWY) Model is a mid-level package. It will suit you if you:

 

  • Need help to reduce the number of candidates to a manageable list (up to 12)

  • Would like that list to have been vetted to a reasonable level (matched behaviours/skills)

  • Are happy to manage the interview and onboarding process from this point

 

DO IT YOURSELF

 

The Do It Yourself (DIY) Model is perfect if you:

 

  • Have the time and patience to do the leg work of recruiting

  • Need some expert advice and tools for key milestones in the process

 

Our specialty areas

 

We specialise in white-collar recruitment - administrative, professional and executive roles - in the Toowoomba region, as that is where our experience and networks serve our clients and candidates best. 

 

For roles outside these specialty areas, or where we feel we can’t offer the best outcomes, we will happily tailor a package of advice, support and templates to guide you through your own recruitment process or refer you on to specialist providers better suited to resourcing your role.
